Refund policy

At Stay Balanced, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, designed to be as smooth and stress-free as possible.

If for any reason you’d like to return your order, just reach out — we’re here to help. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Returning Your Order

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number. Please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval or tracking may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, send an email to hellostaybalanced@gmail.com with the following:

  • Clear photos of the product in its original, unused condition

  • The delivery date and proof of delivery (available via your tracking info)

  • Any other relevant information that might help us process your return

⚠️ Please note: Our business address is for administrative purposes only. Any returns sent without following the instructions may be refused.

Once your return is approved, please send the item within 14 days to remain eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds for orders due to delivery time. Estimated shipping times are clearly displayed on our product pages and shipping policy.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable items (such as food or beverages)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, feel free to contact us before returning it.

Lifetime warranty purchases are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want something else instead? The quickest option is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 30 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

If the returned item is damaged, worn, or not in its original condition, we may apply a deduction to your refund.

Order Cancellation

If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellation is not guaranteed.
